C. Brian Jarrard, Attorney at Law

Managing attorney of Jarrard Law Group, Mr. Jarrard is a well-respected attorney at law and advocate who has represented hundreds of clients in complex legal disputes.  He is often consulted by other attorneys to assist in their cases.  He has years of experience as a civil and criminal law litigator, handling many high-stakes legal matters to successful conclusions on behalf of his clients. Mr. Jarrard graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1996, where he was a Bell Honors Scholar. He then obtained his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was Chairman of the Mock Trial Program, a member of the Moot Court Board, a member of the Order of Barristers, and Articles Editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Mr. Jarrard handles civil and criminal cases throughout the state of Georgia.  He is a Master in the William Augustus Bootle Inn of Court, a Board Member of the Federal Defenders of the Middle District of Georgia, Inc., and a member of the Federal and Georgia Bars as well as the Macon Bar Association.

Mr. Jarrard’s career prior to opening Jarrard Law Group, LLC included years of experience as an insurance defense attorney as well as a business and probate litigator. In addition, he oversaw the Federal Defenders of the Middle District of Georgia, Inc., where he handled and managed the defense of hundreds of federal criminal defense cases in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.
