Amy Griffith Dever is an attorney, guardian ad litem, general civil, domestic and family, domestic violence mediator and civil arbitrator. She is a registered neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution #2907. Ms. Dever received a BFA from the University of Georgia in 1976 and a JD from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia in 1982. She practiced for 16 years in Atlanta, Georgia and has been a sole practitioner since 1999 in Macon, Georgia. Ms. Dever has been serving as an arbitrator for the Lemon Law Administration & Dispute Resolution Georgia Department of Law, Consumer Protection Unit since 2011.

Ms. Dever’s legal experience is as a general civil litigator, with past experience in juvenile and adult criminal defense in Atlanta and Macon. Her civil practice experience includes business litigation, commercial construction litigation, civil mediation and arbitration proceedings, personal injury, complex class action litigation, eminent domain proceedings, special master hearings, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, and probate matters including guardianship and representation of incapacitated adults.
